The cleaning method of the mold head of the blowing machine
清理膜頭及螺旋體，清理時可用石蠟或甲基硅油涂抹，然后用1000目的砂紙輕輕擦拭糊料直至干凈。換料時根據料性適當調整溫度(回料與純料溫度有差異)換網后加大擠出量擠出糊料。
關鍵是在生產過程中經常最好一周向料斗內加一點甲基硅油，即可以潤滑螺桿膜頭，又可以起到清膜作用。
